ANSWER:Yes, after you log in look at the top right corner of the webpage and find where it says "members". When you click on that you get a lost of all your site members. Next to all the members there is a drop down box that allows you to change the change a member to a couple different things. One of them will say Admin. Find the member you want to be an Admin and change there drop down box to admin and click save.This is somewhat of a relatively new feature.
