As for this question, you can't really become a hacker through DOS. You can run batch script files at most, but no real programming of sort. If you seek hacking for whatever reason(s), you would have to study quite a lot of networking, Linux/GNU, and master a few programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, etc.

i think this function is not available in ms dos . you can access the .txt files through dos and you can also able to print them through dos. if you are going to just open doc file than simply open dos drag and drop that file to ms- dos window after that hit enter and it will open.
