I never actually tried it but i think that the following procedure should do the trick :
1 - have more than 1 sim on the lot
2 - Kill a sim
3 - have one of the other sims on the lot having a high charisma level
4- Use charming intro. from the charismatic sim on the grim reaper
5 - 2 or 3 interactions later the grim reaper becomes a friend
6 - Ask him to move in
