there may be some cheat I dont know about but theres another way, it takes FOREVER though. Ok whatever sim you want to be a plantsim have him/her make a giant garden (the kind that grows food not flowers) and make that sim love to work on plants (use cheats if necessary) and after a long time of caring for the plants and stuff like that eventually the sim will turn into a plantsim. This does take a very very long time though, ive been working with one of mine for a long time and hes starting to turn green lol.
