There is no solution to this question, because if you ask this question to anyone, they will laugh! The only way you can become "slim" in three weeks is by getting a surgery done, which is not at all good for the body. Hence, you cannot be slim in three weeks. You can lose some inches of your waist by eating less of fat and calories (don't even have anything that says sugar-free because it is cancerous), and exercising a lot (1 hour a day, minimum). For your thighs to slim down, you should do lots of running and lots of swimming at least one hour a day. If you think that you are hungry in between when it is not the time to eat food, then PLEASE DONT EAT. Only drink water! That's it! Those are the best ways to make you thinner.Also dont cut out toooo much food as you will become sick
