Yes you can bleed a combi boiler. You do just the same as with a conventional boiler. However, the pressure will drop in your system, so you simply need to adjust it using the little tap (usually below the boiler) to bring it back again (Usually aronud 1.5)

We just had (Dec,2008) estimates on replacing the boiler in a hydronic (hot water) heating system. The building is, commercial, 6000 square feet , basement and upper level combined. The estimates were not all specific as to boiler size. One of them stated, 260,000 BTU, Peerless MI-09. Another estimate stated, Peerless MI-08, at 227,000 BTU. Lowest estimate was, $4870. Highest estimate was, $7285. Two other estimates were in between.
