In most cases your Service Provider can offer this blocking service for you. As each and every handset may differ in software it is impossible to say if your handset has a feature to do this.
Software may be available at places like 'Handango.com' that could emulate this feature.

∙ 12y agoEasy. Just go to contacts, go to the person or number you would like to block, click on it and it should give you some things to do. It may say New Txt Mssg, Call, Bluetooth, things like that. Go to 2nd to last and that should say Block. This only works on a Blackberry or Droid 2.

Actually it depends on what type of phone you have. If you have a newer Android phone you can block the number from your phone by editing your contacts and sending the caller straight to voicemail.
