To block a number on a Kyocera cell phone, open the Phone app and go to the call log or recent calls. Find the number you want to block, tap on it, and select the option to block or add to the reject list. Alternatively, you can go to the Settings menu, choose "Call," and then "Call Blocking" to manually add the number. Once blocked, calls and messages from that number will no longer reach you.
