Telemarketers and people who do telephone research or charities are not allowed to call any cell phones by law. If they accidentaly call your number, just tell them it's a cell phone and they won't call you again.
Like they're really going to give out there numbers. xD
This question is complicated, but shortly put, no--in order to manage your child's cell phone, you need to create a linked account, like a family plan.
A cellphone a telephone facebook going out and going skool
You can find a cheap cellphone plan by going to an AT & T store and talking to their representative. You can save more money by going for tie-in or family plans.
No one is going to give out his number to you like that .People with the name of Chris Brown take their name out the Phonebook so no one like You would call their phone and harrase him.

tranny is going out, will be replacing it shortly.
Yes, it will come out shortly after the movie.
I've had a cellphone since I was ten. Kids need cellphones in case of emergencies, like if someone was trying to kidnap them. Children who aren't responsible shouldn't have cellphones if they can't handle it. If they're going to lose it, their parents shouldn't have given them a cellphone in the first place.

It's shortly going to turn into a beetle.
In the United States, it is legal for telemarketers to make "cold calls" except for calls to mobile phones (cell phones), hospital rooms, and numbers on the national "Do Not Call" list. There are also restrictions such as time of day. However, it is illegal for a telemarketer to make a "cold call" with an automated or recorded message, without first having a live human being ask your permission (Title 47, United States Code, Section 227). You can add your telephone number to the national "Do Not Call" list by going to DoNotCall dot gov, or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Laws in other countries may vary.
