It is very simple to change your email address for WikiAnswers. First, go to the My Settings page. Then, change your email to what you want it to be, and then hit the big, orange 'Save Settings' block.

Usually you can mark an address as spam, and your email service will filter any email from that person from your inbox. It's not a true block, but it serves the purpose.
I don't think you can put that in bulk mail but you can block them.
It depends which email client you use but most have filters to send such mail to the junk folder. There are also filters you can set up that will block addresses.
