You will continue to give her stuff and while doing so, you'll go through her purple heart event and her heart will become blue. After turning blue, you'll still continue to give her stuff everyday and while doing so again, you'll go through her blue heart event. Then Celia's heart will turn yellow/green (i forgot.)
