∙ 12y agonow that's a hard one. You'll have to do it slowly and gently and say it nice. You need to do it maybe the middle of the day and just say that its not working and you don't feel like you will work out and say its better now then later cause if you do it later the person you are breaking up with will be more heart broken. But remember to say it slowly and gently and make sure they know exactly what you mean
