- If you know the company he works at then you could write him a letter explaining why you want to break up and that you have tried numerous times to get him on his cell phone to discuss the problem. If you can send the letter to the company he works for be sure to put on the envelope 'Person' and his name c/o the company name. If he was that interested in you he would find a way to get in touch with you as they do have regular phones even up North.
