You can break up by simple informing the person that her closeness will no longer be appreciated. Don't keep the person in suspense by not picking her calls. I think by this simply action she should be able to understand.

∙ 14y ago- Honesty is the best policy. It is obviously going to hurt her, but it is better to be kind and tell her you no longer love her and perhaps do not know why then to continue on in the relationship. She will eventually get over it and move on and meet someone else.
