To breed Pokemon, you need to have defeated the elite four. On Four Island, there is a daycare that can take two Pokemon at the same time. To breed them, you need to have one male and one female of the same kind of Pokemon, for example, if you put in a day care a female pickachu and a male pickachu, you will receive a pickachu egg. if you put in a female pickachu and a male fearow, you wont get anything. You can also use dittos as well. to get all three forms of eevee, i put in the daycare one eevee and one ditto and got a eevee egg. hope this helps.
