If you are a paid Moshi Member, the moshling will follow you any time you leave your room. To choose the moshling you would like to follow you, go to your Moshling Zoo. You will see a box that says "In Your Room" with spaces in it for six moshlings. The moshling in the first box will be the one that will follow you outside.
If you are a free Basic Member, moshlings do not follow you when you leave your room.
