First you need to find schematics (also known as blueprints) for how to build a ghost portal. If they're any good, you should find a comprehensive list of parts needed, as well at how to put them together. Most of the parts can be found at junkyards and garage sales, while the rest can usually be made by hand. Once you have all the parts, following the blueprints should allow you to put them together properly.

∙ 11y agoUnfortunately, it is impossible to become Danny Phantom without either a portal or something that acts like one. If you want to build a portal, look up "how to build a portal to the Ghost Zone." Once you understand how the portal works, modifying it to only turn you into Danny Phantom, without allowing ghosts to enter the real world, should be a fairly simple task.
