Unfortunately, it is impossible to become Danny Phantom without either a portal or something that acts like one. If you want to build a portal, look up "how to build a portal to the Ghost Zone." Once you understand how the portal works, modifying it to only turn you into Danny Phantom, without allowing ghosts to enter the real world, should be a fairly simple task.
