I suggest you talk to a mirror. or use a friend as a sounding board. tell them what you hope to tell the boy and see if it comes out right. or get a picture of a boy and stick it on your mirror look at him but keep glancing at the mirror to make sure you're not looking nuts or if you've befriended a boy talk to them, but only if he's a good friend. you dont want him telling the world your secrets.
