Foam bricks can be laid as you would lay the bricks used to build houses. As the foam bricks are very light, and easily knocked over, it would be an advantage to glue the bricks with PVA as they are laid (the same as using mortar to bond bricks).

You can use a variety of things. For my model city, I used some foam board to give it a nice base before using other foam shapes in order to build the towers and other houses. It just depends on what you want to make it out of, but I do recommend the foam board.
If I am trying to build a soundproof room, I would use foam and egg cartons for materials.

Most GM build sheets are stuffed into the rear seat...between the foam and frame. On yours, maybe one of the bucket seats, behind a rear panel. Not sure but that's where I'd start.
