To build a tower of straws you will need straws, scissors, and masking tape. Cut the tip of each straw so that you can stick it into another straw. Use masking tape to hold the straws securely in place. Construct a base with this technique. Then begin building the tower up with more straws held together with masking tape.
by making it a base in a pentagon shape and keep putting masking tape around the edges then keep stacking upwards!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!:P

I would help you with your question if it didn't sound like you where trying to solicit the internet to tell you how to do your science project.
Triangles are actually the strongest. If you have a square and put in the two diagonals, it will be strong. With a pentagon you would need 5 straws for the diagonals and it wouldn't be as strong.
The Tower Bridge in London cost 1,184,000 pounds when it was built in the late 1800s. In today's money that would be equal to 114 million pounds.
I Build the Tower was created in 2006.
For this technique you need a drinking straw, a protractor, some scotch tape and a measuring tape. Tape the drinking straw to the protractor at the 45 degree angle mark. Hold the protractor with its flat side level with the horizon and then sight through the drinking straw. Walk a distance away from the tower until you can see the top of the tower through the straw. Since you are sighting the top of the tower at a 45-degree angle, your distance from the tower is equal to the height of the tower. Measure your distance from the tower and you know its height.
The duration of I Build the Tower is 1.45 hours.
you can try it with straws and ducked tape it really works all you need to do is bend it in the right places make sure the legs are 4 in.
it was build in Paris, France it took from 1887 to 1889 to build the Eiffel tower
