Talk to Petal, the female elf. She will give you a scroll that has all of the needed materials to build a temple. After you finish the scroll, walk over to the area where the temple used to be, and take out your wand. It will show all of the things that you need to build the temple and where they all go. You can find that stuff in the different categories for the stuff your wand can build. All you need to do then is drag the stuff into the areas that the blue outlines (that are on the temple) tell you to put the stuff.

What are some games like mysims?
There are a bunch of other MySims games: MySims Racing, MySims Party, MySims Agents, MySims Skyheroes, MySims Kingdom... but none of them involve the building that you see in MySims, as far as I know. There is also The Sims, but that is rated T for some risque stuff in that and I have never played it. It is for adults and teenagers more than kids. But it does have the building and character personalizing of MySims, only it's more in-depth. I've also seen SimCity, which is similar in that you can design your own buildings (in Building Architect) and decide what goes where, but it's less about the people of the city, and more about how you actually run the city. (You're the mayor, you set taxes and build power plants and zone land.)
