Well, as you probably know, the first two islands (Portland and Staunton Island) have apartments for you to live in. When you complete all of the missions on Staunton Island and you advance to Shoreside Vale you will be given a nice house and a 3-car garage there. That's the only way to get a house in GTA Liberty City Stories.
