Originally, the Early Access Pass was purchased through the Poptropica Store. For Early Access to Astro Knights Island (June 3, 2009) and Counterfeit Island (December 21, 2009) the cost was 500 credits.

It was announced in February, 2010, that as part of the new monthly Membership program, only Members would receive Early Access, beginning with the 11th island later in 2010.
