well first off, get a phone. then call a cap on your phone and go to old town. one of the choices said say it.then when you are in that overview map, slect the catgroy of pet adopton centers at the top bar thing. then when you go in one of those places, look for a dog or cat in a basket or little house. it should say something like this (when you put the cursor over it) dog 399$ or cat 400$. then adopat the pet.. then you can select the pet's apprance and other stuff. i hope i helped and srry for my bad discripton.
