You travel to the destinatin, then try to catch the Lvl. 40 pokemon! Once I was trying to cach a stanler, but I ran into Raikou. Once I pulled out my strong Pokemon, it fled. So, try to use mean look so it wont escape. Once the HP is low, then try to catch it with a ultra ball.
