One simple thing is that 5 days after Monday is always a Saturday. 5 days before it is always a Wednesday. After that, for a specfic date, you have to increment the dates. If it happens to be in the same month, it is easier than if the other date is in another month. Some computer applications will do it for you, such as Microsoft Excel.
