Yes, they have several types of Touch Screen phones available to choose from. In order to find out which ones are available to you, you have to enter your zip code on their site. A few of the Touch Screen phones available with Straight Talk are: -Samsung Galaxy SII -Samsung Galaxy Proclaim -Samsung Galaxy Precedent -ZTE Merit -LG Optimus Zip -LG Optimus Black -LG Optimus Logic -Motorola Defy XT
Occasionally the screen is not very responsive. I have read a heap of reviews and they all say the same thing. It is not really a touch screen, it is just a keyboard on the inside. I got a brand new LG Optimus and within a week the screen was not responding to touch. The only thing to help is turn it off for a while or take out the battery and fingers crossed it works again. No guarantee though. The phone is brilliant, but cost cutting let the phone down with it's screen. Hope this helps :-)
With an LG Voyager, you can text by using the touch screen.

The LG Optimus S is a mid-range Android offering from Sprint that is very similar to the Optimus One that was released in the Asian markets and it has a 3.2 inch screen
LG cookies are touch screen and have a stylus, i have one :)
The LG Optimus M is an all-around great phone for a touch-screen. It has several data plans, (though none are 3G or 4G), and a 3.2 Megapixel camera for pictures. It can run fairly quickly, and has a neutral battery life compared to other phones of its type.
