Well you can go see a doctor, I bet they can give you even more drugs. Just be sure to mention that you are on meth and you need the perfect drug to stabilize yourself. They can prescribe the perfect pill. Sometime the police keep those drugs too, you could probably contact them if you cannot get a hold of your family practitioner.

You have to wait. This can take from a hour to a couple days. Your body has to try to clean all the poisons that have entered the body and get out of shock after what just happened.

In case you feel you are unable to deal with the comedown of an upper, such as cocaine , amphetamines, methylphenidate (Ritalin), etc... and you are about to take some more and go on a benge, it might be better to take a benzodiazapines or an opiate. That is of course if you are familiar with benzos or opiates. As at some point you are going to run out of your uppers and face the inevitable. So why not cut your losses early before you end up driving your car at 5 in the morning searching for somewhere to get some more uppers. My advice is this, if you know you are unable to handle the come down of an upper, have some downers ready for when you feel its time to stop; you might want to take the downers about half an hour before the effects of the upper wear off and you go into a come down. Most benzos (Valium, Xanax, Klonopin) will work in about 20 minutes of taking them. On the other hand, opiates (Hydrocodone, Oxycodone...) might take up to 45 minutes to get into your blood stream.

Personally, opiates work better than most benzos as a way to avoid the awful feeling of coming down an upper. But, you should be very careful as to how much opiates you take, be patient, wait at least 1 hour before taking another dose if the first one doesn't make you feel better. Also, of course you have to be very careful when with using opiates as physical dependency is certain in case of frequent use -least not forget they are extremely addictive. Which leads one to reconsider taking uppers in the first place. As most people who have been around uppers know, coming off them is an extremely unpleasant experience which might lead one to go on benge. The extent to which benges are dangerous is only known to habitual users. I cannot possibly mention all scenarios that benges can lead to but i can tell you that coming off a benge is way harder than coming down a one-time use, hence the urge to get rid of that feeling might lead you to doing things that can not possibly be good for you. I've known people who had it so bad coming down uppers that they went and robbed grocery stores in order to get money to buy some more. On the other hand walking the other path of taking a benzo or an opiate is not any less dangerous, given the high risk of physical dependency and addiction of both opiates and benzos. So my last advice to you is, if you can not handle the aftermath of uppers- just stay away from them. Is it worth the risks? Don't get me wrong, I am not telling you not to use uppers, and I certainly am not telling you not to use drugs; that is not my decision to take. I am simply passing on my knowledge and experience with drugs to you so you can make make decision for by yourself. The casual links between - what you would consider- a simple experimentation with an upper and robbing a grocery is not certainly true for every drug use but what is certain is that every drug-use - no matter what the drug is- will lead to dangerous behavior.

I don't know what's worse Amphetamine comedown or ecstasy comedown. They are both kinda crazy to come down on, it depends on the amphetamine and how you take it.

I usually get a headache, end up feeling tired but still can't sleep, and I have a low appetite too, those are my main problems.

Hallucinations: only during comedown

I actually hallucinate on amphetamine most of the time, never happens while high it's just during the initial come down its like av just swallowed a hand full of mushrooms it's pretty mad OK come downs are horrible not my favorite part bad head am left with is terrible but the visuals i get are Fascinating they make the comedown more fun, for example a fresh glass of water actually looks like its fizzing just like Soda/Pop i see fizzing bubbles in the water, the TV screen comes out at me its similar to 3D, with my PC words will bounce all over the screen my fingers and toes have none existent hair growing outta the tips and a few times.

During the time of trying my best to sleep I had a conversation with someone i swear i heard a Voice it wasn't my voice it start talking repeating my name so i replied more or less "Buzz off" out me room am trying to sleep" i opened my eyes to see who it was the funny thing is there's no one actually there, The posters on my bedroom wall sometimes float off the wall but then next minute they still on the wall haven't actually moved an inch i can look a photo of anything it moves even a plant and i swear it looks like its growing and moving sped up also seen my bedroom walls come to life and start breathing and puffin smoke out like a steam train.

How i Comedown:

i smoke weed to ease the headache it helps me sleep and bring my appetite back, if i can sleep when i get up i make food and that sorts me out usually feeling normal after 24 hrs could go on for a few days though.

Take 3MG of Xanax, Drink that Protien Powder mix in warm water and put 2X extra powder in it, Drink 2 to 4 glasses of Milk and Lots of Vitamin C, My Favorite Vitamin C is That "Emergen-C" Drink mix, Put 3 to 4 packets in a glass of Room Temperature Water and try to use as less water as possible so you dont get full or tired of drinking too Many liquids.

** BTW It has 1,000MG of Vitamin C, 24 Nutrients with 7B Vitamins, Antioxidants and electrolytes**. Btw get the Tangerine Flavor, cuz all the others taste like crap. And to get to Sleep later at night take 100MG of Seroquel.

Seroquel also acts as a Antidepressent wich will block the effects of Most Uppers. but if you cant get your hands on that just slowly keep taking a lil more Xanax and/or take 2 to 3 Tablespoons of "ZzzQuil".

-And when u wake up, *to Avoid the 2 to 5 Day Hangover*, "IN ORDER" Take 1MG of Xanax, then eat a medium sized bowl of Mixed Vegatables, FYI, to make them taste better, when there done cooking, add a spoonfull of butter and mix salt with it. then drink 1Glass of milk, 2Packets of Emergen-C. And if you cant stand the Vegatables, drink 1 or 2 Naked juice fruit smoothies. oh and if u smoke, dont forget to smoke a cigarette that'll def. help u get thruought the day.

- Repeat this every morning for 2 to 5 Days Depending on how often you use.

-And as the days go by, and you get your Appetite back, eat alot of Chicken and Vegatables and/or Fruit. Hope you feel better, that stuff is no joke i've learned My lesson Many times from Experience with almost every thing thats out there.

-Most stuff mentioned, you can buy at a your local Pharmacy or at a store like Target or Walmart. Stay Safe.

-Also, this ends almost any high for any Drug.

Crystal meth -- like all amphetamines and methamphetamines -- is not physically addictive. There are no physical withdrawal symptoms. So coming off of it is not dangerous. If you're an extremely heavy, long term user, it will probably be unpleasant. The depression alone will be enough to drive you crazy. But you won't die.

Getting sober is incredibly hard at first, but the longer you are sober, the easier it becomes to stay sober. After the first year of sobriety, it will become substantially easier. It takes awhile for your brain chemistry to get back to normal, but once it is, the cravings for drugs will be much, much less severe.

If you can get into an inpatient treatment program, or an intensive outpatient treatment program, then that would be great. You really need some support. Well, most everyone does. Some people are able to quit without going to rehab or support groups, but they are the minority. Most people need help.

If you can't figure out a way to get into a treatment program -- for financial or insurance reasons or whatever -- then at the very least, go to meetings. NA (Narcotics Anonymous) is free and requires no long-term committment. There are tons of other types of meetings as well, if the 12 steps are not for you. Try Googling "meth support groups" plus the name of your city and state.
