you can go capture registeel in Pokemon ranger by going to the Krokka Tunnel in between Ringtown and fall city. cross, cut,and crush field moves are reccomended.(you might need more) Go to the place with a lot of Zubat ( the place where you capture Dioxis) use the cross field move at the south west corner. go through that door thing. north west corner you see a metal fence. use the cut move. go through the door. use five or six 2x crush on those rocks. That's all I know, I havent captured registeel either.
