The way to carbonate Home brew to to do a Second Fermentation... The Second Fermentation process is where you firstly seperate the yeast sediment and the brew. After this you should place some more sugar into the brew (be carefull about the amount and what you use, follow the recipe because you don't want the bottle to blow up. After placing more sugar into the brew, bottle it and cap it and let it sit for 3 days. After that time you should place all the bottles into the fridge and they are ready to drink. One more important note, all the equipment used should be sterilized and clean. If you have any questions I'd recommend calling a home brew store.
