First you have to win the Money In The Bank (MITB) match at WrestleMania. Once you win the MITB, when you come up on a title match in the schedule, select the match and it will give you the option of cashing in MITB on the champion. Once you hit yes, it will take you to a cut scene where your character shows up after the match to cash in, then you fight for it.
