Then once you have flute go to spear pillar where you catch diaga and palkia and before you get up stairs it will say would you like to plat your flute click yes and the staircase to heaven appears be sure to save before getting up the stairs because stepping forward after stairs arceus will come to you. and hes not eating anything and you don't have to eat anything.
