This would seem hard because when you find them they fled right away. All you have to do is get a golbat from stark mountain which knows mean look. Use it on them so they cant flee from the battle. Dont change Pokemon or the mean look effect does not work. Now just get it to a lower HP and use either timer/quick balls or ultra balls. (this is all I can help with)
