How do you get moltres on Pokemon fire red version without the masterball?

Follow these easy steps (I'm assuming your team is strong enough to catch them):
- Save your game
- Come equipped with a lot of Great - And Ultra balls
- Battle your foe. It is wise to use statchangers like paralyze, sleep, etc.
- Get your foe to red HP, but don't have him faint, since you'll have to start over again then.
- Throw a lot of great- or ultraballs until you eventually catch him (It should not take to long, since the three legendary birds are not so hard to catch).
- Save your game
This works for all three of the pokemon. It is also wise to use type-advantage; water vs moltres, fire vs articuno, rock vs zapdos etc.
