Breed two Marill, one male one female in the day care. Then get two eggs from the day care (they will be lvl 5 Marills) and hatch them. Breed those and hopefully they are male and female otherwise you need another egg and you get Azurill. This is called chain breeding and it is one of the harder ways to get rare pok*mon.
