He'll give you a Member Pass. Go to the northern house in Canalave City and you will take a nap in the bed. You can't do this until you find Cresselia on Fullmoon Island. Once you did that, go to the northern house in Canalave City and you will sleep in the bed. You will appear on Newmoon Island. Go to the opening where Darkrai is. Save the game then battle Darkrai. You cannot leave the island until you catch or defeat Darkrai. You'll want to catch it. Darkrai is at lvl. 40
