u need the 2 orbs

That's partially the answer but the truth is get rock climb and waterfall to get to the cave the orbs are in then beat the Pokemon league then when you come home talk to dawn and she ask did you talk to the elder you go to celestic town talk to her listen to her story and then go to spear pillar and one at a time dialga and palkia will appear. I dont like giving out misconceiving info but from what i hear if you have lustrous orb first dialga will appear first. If adamant orb first palkia appears first.
