Step 1: Get all 16 badges.

Step 2: Get HM Rock Climb from Prof. Oak.

Step 3: Get an Adamant Orb from D/P or Platinum.

Step 4: Go to the Mt. Silver Cave.

Step 5: Surf on the water.

Step 6: Climb the Waterfall.

Step 7: Right in front of you, there should be a smaller cave entrance, go in it.

Step 8: DIALGA will be in the cave at Lv. 70.

Step 9: You can only catch DIALGA in SS, you catch PALKIA in HG and after getting the another Sinnoh dragon (by trade) from the Mt. Silver Cave, put them both in your party and get a Griseous Orb from Platinum.

Step 10: Once you have The Griseous Orb from Platinum, 2 Sinnoh dragons from Mt. Silver Cave, GIRATINA will now be in the cave at Lv. 70, just like DIALGA and PALKIA.

Step 11: GIRATINA will be in Altered Forme and ENJOY :)
