The best way to catch any Pokemon is to weaken it has much as you can then inflict a status problem on the Pokemon usually sleep status, paralyze status and freeze status work the best so try to use moves that inflict these statuses on Groudon and have plenty of ultra balls and start using them be patient since Groudon is a legendary Pokemon it may take awhile to capture.
