You don't. You can't catch any of the legendary birds or dogs in diamond or pearl. You have to catch them in a gameboy game and then migrate them into your diamond game. I know the dogs are in Pokemon leaf green and fire red. You can only catch one of them per save file. If you chose Bulbasaur as your starter Pokemon you will only be able to catch Entei. If you chose Squirtle you will only be able to catch Raiku. If you chose Charamander you will only be able to catch suicune. I got a friend to trade me suicune and articuno. Im working on moltres, zapdos and entei now. You can catch all the birds in one save file though. Zapdos is in a power plant and I'm not sure about the other two.
