right here I'm a poke,fan. ok... you can get Palkia from the mining museum in ore burgh City with an action replay. if you don't have action replay,then your busted.

there are hundreds and billions of codes on action replay,so click A on "add new code".

then name the code: Palkia. ok...here is the code...:
