u do not need heatran. you find them on spear pillar after elite 4 beaten, talk to girl or boy in front of pk center by rowans lab. go 2 celestic town talk 2 elder go 2 spear pillar there is palkia catch go in mountain go back out & there is dialga ( u need 2 weird orbs found by waterfall in mountain need 2 go up it)
the easiest way is master ball, but it not worth the 2. use quick ball on first turn, i caught them both that way on firs try

With Paklia I suggest you not only use an Ultra Ball but also a Dive Ball, Net Ball, and whatever else is good against Water types. ;) I caught Dialga 1st and I suggest saving 1st. ;) I just used an Ultra Ball after making my Torterra, whom is now level 100 use Razor Leaf. It's best if u bring a Pokemon (preferably High in level) That knows Hypnosis. Also, If u have the Azure Flute, (Don't ask me how i only heard this) you can get Arceus, too.
