How do you catch Pokemon easier on diamond?

It's not all that hard to make pokemon easier to catch! There are only 2 ways to do so. The first method is to go to either route 213 or vesoline city to get something that helps you catch pokemon easier (I forgot the name). The second way is to use either a great ball, premire ball, or a master ball. though masterball isn't always the way to go, because master balls are only used to catch legendarys and gymleaders. (I don't think you can catch a gymleaders pokemon, so don't even try it)! Anyway, that's pretty much how you do it! Smell me peeps?
