you have to go into someone who has black's entralink, choose a mission that involves talking to the player, go to black city(where white forest is) and talk to the people around the city they will ask you to take them to white forest say yes they will disappear then complete the mission then go to white forest and there will be grass there
ps you can catch aron,mareep,magby,lotad,slakoth,wurmple,and happiny in grass and surskit and lotad in water they are only lv5
