How do you catch Suicune in Pokemon Crystal?

This is how to catch suicune:

1-First you have to beat the gym leader in mahogany town.

2-Then you go to goldenrod city and go to radio tower it will be taken over by team rocket.

3-Defeat team rocket and save the director there then he will give you a clear bell that allows you to get to suicune in tin tower.

4-Next go to Ecruteak city and go to tin tower and keep going forward one of the guys won't let you through until he notices your clear bell then he'll let you through to the next room.

5-There will be 3 elders in this room each will have a noctowl and a eevee evolution.

6-Defeat all three of them then continue on until you see the next building. Now SAVE because if you make Suicune faint you will never have another chance to catch it.

7-The next building will have Raikou Entei and Suicune in it. Raikou and Entei will run away but Suicune will challenge you.

8-Now you can use a master ball or a Pokemon that knows sleep powder and use ultra balls on him or about a billion great balls. I caught him with a great ball.

It will ramdomly appear when going through grassy areas. But there's no indication where suicune is, until you have encountered it first. As it's a "roaming" pokemon. Which means that it will go through the whole country, to random routes.

Once you get the 3 dogs out of the tower look for them randomly. Once suicune appears use meanlook with a fast enough Pokemon so it wont run. You can get meanlook easily by catching a haunter. once it cant run start throwing ultraballs like crazy. Also if your haunter knows a move that can put it to sleep use that so suicune cant use roar.

Spinda should someday appear in the Town Square and give you a Feather, which you bring through Fiery Field (where you meet Entei), Thunder Field (where you meet Raikou), and Northwind Field (where you meet Suicune). If you battle Suicune again after a first time, it might or might not join you.
