As for Mew and Mewtwo well...Mewtwo you can catch in FireRed or LeafGreen after you beat the Elight Four see 60 some Pokemon and get the ruby and the Sapphire from the 2 islands (forgot the name of them) then go into the cave in which the guy was blocking and Mewtwo will be in there. Then just migrate it to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. I don't know how you can catch Mew however without either cheating or going to an event.
