The best way Ive found to catch a lizard. Is to get a long wheat like weed 2-3 feet. Strip the leaves and tie a makeshift noose on the small end. One that tightens when you pull. The knot doesnt have to be too fancy, just slightly secure. Take the weed and slowly guide the loop around the lizards neck, then slowly pull to tighten, ussually the lizard gets it tight.
