I really would not suggest trying to "catch" a baby mouse. It would be bad for them, because they might not be ready to leave their mothers mentally and physically. Also, it would be bad for because it will not trust since you caught it.
However, you can get baby mice from a pet store, or more preferably, a mice breeder and rescue.
Hope this helps!
Well, if you see that its mom is not around and see it is lonely then you could take it in and feed it, play with it , give it some caring for and if it is old enough to take care of its self then you set it free if that is what you want to do or if you think it is the right thing to do or if you do not want to let it go you do not have to but you can not absolutely not keep it cooped inside the house you need to let them go out side and spend some time in the wild let it understand and explore nature it needs to get use to it 'cause when worse comes to worse if any thing happens to you or if a hunter tries to kill it it will know it 's way around the forest.
Make sure the animal has been abandoned. Mother foxes will frequently leave her babies unattended for several hours at a time while they hut for food. If the baby is abandoned, place it in a quiet, dark place and give it no food or water. Call a veterinarian or animal control office to get the phone number of a trained wildlife rehabilitator and contact that person for help.
You can catch a baby fox by baiting a live animal trap. You can put fruits or vegetables in the trap as they are omnivores.
Wildlife shouldn't be caught: it should be left alone for moral and, in many places, legal reasons.
Leave it and don't touch it.
Call an animal helpline if it looks injured if you think that's write.

Forget taking a baby fox from the wild. That is cruel. Go to a reputable breeder of captive foxes.
