There's no such thing as drop trading anymore Not sure how you didn't know this yet..They terminated that when they put the trade limit But if you wanted to know how people caught drop traders it's basically just luck..or if you spent all your runescape time you would probably go upstairs in a random house and hope to catch a noob (who might be a drop trader)

The most expensive drop you can get on runescape is the corrupt dragon battleaxe at 3.9m
Rewards, at the Reward trader south of Daemoneim.
That is easy. Go to Barbarian Village and catch some trouts and salmons and drop them (not cooking).

Right click the rocks and say "drop".
To drop items, you go to your inventory, right click on the item you want to drop, then use the drop command.
